Job Context
- The Earth, a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to community development, youth engagement, and volunteerism, is seeking dynamic Trainers for a project to drive positive change and efficiency in Bangladesh. This position will be based in the Khulna Region. The strategic partners for the project are Department of Youth and Development (DYD), National Youth Council (NYC), National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), USAID, ILO, EU, and the World Bank.
- The “Bangladesh Integrated Journey of Empowerment and Employability (BIJOYEE)” Is a comprehensive Initiative focused on empowering and engaging young people in Bangladesh. It aims to address various aspects of youth development, including education, skill-building, employment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and social inclusion. Through this integrated approach, the program aims to provide opportunities and support systems that enable youth to thrive, contribute to society, and become active participants in the nation`s progress. The project focuses on the youth (18-35) who are not in education employment or training (NEET) and who are living at or below the poverty line (15% will be EET).
- As a Project Trainer, the role is to train and educate participants on the “Bangladesh Integrated Journey of Empowerment and Employability (BIJOYEE)” project. BIJOYEE aims to empower and support youth in Bangladesh through various activities and initiatives. The primary responsibility is to deliver training sessions and workshops that equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to actively contribute to the BIJOYEE project.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training materials covering youth development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and relevant subjects.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for project participants.
- Customize training methods for diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Organize workshops and activities to foster essential skills like teamwork and problem-solving.
- Provide mentorship to participants, aiding in personal and professional growth.
- Assist participants in setting impactful goals and action plans for the project.
- Monitor progress and assess participant understanding through various evaluations.
- Offer constructive feedback to enhance participant skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with project goals.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and a supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated on trends in youth development, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
- Regularly update training materials with current information.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, education, development studies, Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s or MBA in relevant field id preferred.
- Skills Required: Experience working with diverse youth populations
