Shishir Kabir is currently working at The Earth as a Program Officer, a youth-led nonprofit organization committed to driving positive change. With a Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Shishir possesses a comprehensive understanding of urban and regional development, including sustainable development growth, rural development, feasibility study, project management, and environmental planning. His dedication to serving the nation and promoting development in underprivileged communities through sustainable urban development initiatives is evident in his educational background and professional pursuits. He is not only devoted to developing feasible solutions but also enthusiastic about working with the youth to understand their perspectives, identify gaps, and seize opportunities for the future generation.
